For the Future Sports believes that sports and competition can promote individual wellness, personal growth, and a sense of community in young athletes so that they can be leaders on their teams and in their community.

    Wellness

    We aim to instill young athletes with a sense of self pride and to teach them skills to enhance their mental and physical wellness. These Skills include activity, nurition, and reflection

    We aim to help our athletes grow not only as athletes, but as people. We believe that sports and competition teach valuable life lessons and aim to reflect on those lessons with our athletes to grow in all aspects of life.
